Since so many people are not posting sensfull requests i'll have to set up rulez

*Thread bunch of free signatures!*

First of the subject:

Be clear what you want and with what it has to do, maybe give a picture as example. Or make clear for which occassion it will be used!
Make clear what you want:
You want a signature, wallpaper with exact colours? What size would you like?
Are there any wanted effects?
When are you allowed to request?
You can only request when u have a posting count above 50.
You are allowed to make a new request every two weeks
Extra rulez
Don't bump your thread
Don't be mad if no one does your request
Show respect to the artists
Interesting rule
You are allowed to ask for website design or bigger GFX projects, if you plan to, be clear about what this is and link the artist to your msn, aim, e-mail or whatever.

Threads that are NOT clear will be closed. I'm sick of the threads that are not clear and that are refering you to an aim or msn. Stick to the rulez otherwise I will close it.
