do new members have to post a certain amount of times before they can see the download section.

They would look for another site. I wanted to do this a long time ago when I was Admin of the old Mobstaz. Some activity comes from leechers. Besides, so many people have premium accounts and they post their stuff here to get more premium points and downloads.

^ The only sites I know of that have a post limit to where you can access the download areas are top ranked forums that established themselves a long time ago and are extremely active sites who have been around for a few years. Sites like HHB and RN do this I think.

i signed up 2 a porn forum that had a 10 post limit to access the download chamber, i just posted random meaningless shit 10 times and got me porn :) so i dont think it really helps...

i was a leecher on the old mob for about 6 months before i started posting in other sections. So leeching can lead to acitve members
