How Do Ya'll Smooth Pictures And Make Em Look A Bit Cartoony Buh Real As!

emm its summit like, duplicate the layer, gussian blur @ 3px and then layer > reduce blur 30% or summit aint done it in a while so jus go for summit along them lines heh

How i was taught anywayz.

i just use the smudge tool and burn tool and turn the contrast up if i have to

zoomin' in might make smudging easier

filter> gaussian blur (3-5)
edit> fade blur> darken

and then play around with smart blur too.
