is there a simpler one like when you use the magic wand then hold down like clt+shift maybe idk i vaugley know what im doing

ok i want to like blend words in with the background but not just with overlay with like a really smooth effect like really smooth a red background and i wanna put the words d dolla in it im makin it for my homie but i want the words to be really nice like pro lookin in kinda the same color but with a lil black outline
